This is the core of our pivot.
Every provider earns a Reputation Score based on real performance:
- Timeliness: Do they show up on time?
- Reliability: Do they complete their shifts?
- Professionalism: How do facilities rate their conduct?
- Consistency: How stable is their performance over time?
The score is dynamic. It evolves with every shift completed. Good work is rewarded. Problems are flagged.
- Provider Tiers: Standard ? Pro ? Elite
Not all providers are equal. Some have years of experience. Some are just starting out. Our tier system reflects this:
Standard: Verified profile + identity check. Entry level.
Pro: Documented experience + positive reviews + demonstrated reliability. Trusted.
Elite: Proven track record, zero red flags, advanced credentials. Premium.
Each tier unlocks different opportunities. Elite providers get access to premium shifts at top facilities. Standard providers can work their way up through consistent performance.

The traditional locum hiring model relies on:
