Health workers: free to join, no sign-up fee and no subscription. On open-market shifts OnLocum sources for a facility, a commission applies, set by your trust tier (Standard 7%, Pro 4%, Elite 2%). You see the fee and your net pay before you accept a shift. On shifts for a facility's own staff and its float pool you receive your full pay.
