Worker Vetting Process
OnLocum takes worker verification seriously. This guide explains our multi-level vetting process and how you can view and understand worker credentials.
Verification Levels
Level 1: Basic Verification
All workers must complete basic verification before accessing the platform:

When Reviewing Applications
- Open your shift application list
- Click on a worker's name or photo
- View their full profile including:

- Work history on OnLocum

For privacy reasons, you see verification status but not actual document images. If you need to verify specific documents, contact the worker directly or request through OnLocum.

- Blocks shift acceptance for workers with expired required credentials
- Notifies you if a confirmed worker's credential expires

- Click Add to Float Pool
