OnLocum provides a platform connecting Healthcare Professionals who offer professional services on a per diem basis ("Healthcare Professional Services" or "Healthcare Services") with Healthcare Facilities that seek to engage these professionals.



Definitions

"User," "Users," "you," or "your": Refers to all persons who access or use the Website, including but not limited to Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare Facilities, and individuals seeking healthcare services.

"Healthcare Professional" or "Healthcare Professionals": Refers to Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, Radiologic Technicians, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, Medical Doctors, and other professionals registered with OnLocum to provide Healthcare Services.

"Healthcare Facility" or "Healthcare Facilities": Refers to Healthcare Facilities registered with OnLocum Online to engage Healthcare Professionals for providing Healthcare Services.



Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the OnLocum platform and define the rights and obligations of both OnLocum Online and its Users. By accessing or using the OnLocum website, Users agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the website.

OnLocum Online reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting updated Terms on the website with a new effective date.
